Project enquiries
If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional organization, selected topic, and message. We use these to assess and respond to your enquiry. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Enquiry storage and delivery
Messages are stored in a private enquiry database on the hosting server and queued for delivery to [email protected]. Stored enquiry records are automatically removed after 180 days. Email copies and ordinary server logs may have different retention periods; contact us to request information about a particular record.
Abuse prevention
The enquiry service uses hashed identifiers derived from your email and network address to limit repeated submissions. It validates form fields and does not publish submitted messages.
Website and video services
The website does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and delivery services process ordinary connection and access information. The YouTube presentation is loaded only after you press Play; YouTube then processes information under its own policies.
Your requests
Email [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information, or to report a concern. Include an enquiry reference if available. We may need enough information to verify that the request relates to you.
Project data
This notice covers the public website. Handling of customer source data, deployment access, retention, and integration security must be specified separately in the project agreement.
